Mark joined Ellis Williams in 2026 having previously worked in a number of practices across the North West. He has gained extensive experience in the residential sector from housing, to apartments and most notably, delivering the first purpose built Extra Care scheme in Burnley known as Dovestone Gardens valued at £20m. The scheme fulfilled a much required need in Burnley, giving the residents a brand new facility designed specifically for their needs, which has enhanced their quality of life through increased social contact and its bespoke integrated amenities garnering praise in the regional press.
During his time in Practice, he has also gained experience in the commercial, education and conservation sectors. His particular interests lie in the conservation and heritage sector being listed as a Conservation Registrant on the RIBA register.
Since joining Ellis Williams, Mark has been working in the education sector, growing his experience and helping to deliver several DfE projects for the School Rebuilding Programme ranging from £20-30m.
