Alice is a skilled Senior Architect with over 11 years of industry experience designing and delivering buildings in Liverpool, Manchester and London. Alice is interested in creating architectural designs that cohesively respond to their context and end users and is particularly driven by the social impact our built environment has on our communities.
Alice completed her MEng in Architecture and Structural Engineering at The Sheffield University in 2011 and following 2 years in practice went on to achieve a First-Class MArch at The University of Liverpool in 2015. Alice’s structural engineering background gives her a unique perspective as an architect and assists her in making pragmatic design decisions.
Prior to joining Ellis Williams in 2024, Alice worked at a Liverpool based architectural practice for 9 years where she gained a broad range of experience on various large scale residential, commercial and hospitality projects in both a supporting and leading role. Since joining Ellis Williams, Alice has been involved in the practices Isle of Man schemes including project architect for a tourist accommodation strategic masterplan.
Alice is passionate about nurturing the future generations of the profession. While at her previous practice she was involved in the RIBA Future Architects Student Mentoring Scheme and the company’s internal mentoring programme for their part I, II and III employees.
