Lizzie Jacques
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
BSc(Hons) MArch
Lizzie joined Ellis Williams in 2024 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant after completing her Bachelor of Architecture degree (BArch) and Masters degree (MArch) at The University of Liverpool, receiving First Class Honours. Lizzie is now working toward her qualifications to become a registered Architect.
Lizzie has a passion for sustainable designs, place-making and socially reactive architecture, demonstrated through her thesis project on adaptable social housing for alternative living dynamics, as well as choosing to focus her research dissertation on the reduction of operational carbon in high-rise buildings though an alternative design strategy to glass facades.
As an experienced Architectural Assistant, Lizzie has been involved in several residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes over the past few years whilst completing her studies. She aims to further expand her design knowledge at Ellis Williams through her involvement in a variety of public sector leisure, education and healthcare projects – including the major new Stoke-on-Trent & Stafford Institute of Technology.
