Prior to joining Ellis Williams, Julian worked in London and Liverpool on residential masterplanning and high rise developments, healthcare, retail, student accommodation and hotel schemes.

He is an experienced Senior Architect with a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors and since joining Ellis Williams has worked a number of award-winning education schemes including the co-located development of Campus Whitehaven, which brings together St Benedict’s Catholic High School and Mayfield SEND School into one state-of-the-art learning campus with shared facilities.

His wider experience with Ellis Williams includes a number of cinema schemes including the major Reel Cinema development in Blackburn, new-build sports & leisure schemes such as Spen Valley Leisure Centre and Abraham Moss Leisure Centre, and state-of-the-art new further education schemes for The Manchester College, Cardinal Newman College and Newcastle & Stafford Colleges Group.
