Rachel is Ellis Williams’ BIM Manager, working closely with project teams, formulating and implementing BIM protocols, carrying out regular clash detection and undertaking BIM project audits. She holds BSI Certified BIM Project Information Practitioner accreditation and is an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit.

Rachel is also a highly a experienced Architectural Technologist with over 8 years’ experience across a range of education, sport & leisure, arts & cultural, healthcare, residential and industrial schemes. Her projects include the award-winning Beaver Road Primary School which was named Education Project of the Year at the Offsite Construction Awards in 2019, the new Northampton Cathedral Visitor Centre involving the remodelling and extension of a Grade II Listed coach house within the Cathedral gardens and Littleborough Primary School – the DfE’s first Net Zero Carbon in Operation (NZCiO) primary school delivered under their School Rebuilding Programme.
