Rob has over 25 years chartered experience over which time he has developed close working relationships with the clients and all members of the design team in order to deliver in excess of 30 successful educational and leisure schemes projects.
Amongst his strengths is the ability to scope out the most feasible design options at project outset and the experience to select a successful and innovative approach. In terms of delivery he is able to employ an extensive skill-set, ensuring the successful design and delivery of projects through all stages of the procurement process. He is experienced with a range of procurement routes including traditional, design & build and NEC 3 PSC contracts.
Rob has been responsible for the Practice CPD since 2001 and is the Practice Passivhaus and Sustainability Lead, becoming qualified as a Certified Passive House Designer in 2011 (Passivhaus Institut, Germany).
