Rachael has worked in the Construction industry since 2008 in Bid Management, Business Development and Strategic Business Marketing roles. She specialises in bespoke technical bid writing, having over 10 years’ experience in this field and an excellent track record of tendering success across all sectors and on many national frameworks.

Since joining Ellis Williams in 2018, Rachael has expanded the company’s portfolio in the Higher Education sector and her tendering success has enabled the practice to develop further into the Healthcare sector – winning a number of major new commissions for Independent Living, Extra Care and Intermediate Care facilities and recently securing a place on the NHS Shared Business Services Framework.

Rachael is also a qualified Internal Auditor and supports the Practice’s Quality Assurance procedures, particularly in relation to project closedown and client feedback.
