Qualifications: Dipl.-Ing. Architekt. Member of the Chamber of Architects Berlin since 2008.
Mirko’s first projects included design work for the Hyatt Hotel in Hamburg, residential projects and the refurbishment and extension of a listed former railway station.
Since joining EllisWilliams he has broadened his experience with office designs for international clients like Ebay, Dell, Booking.com, etc. in different countries. Further projects were cinemas, schools, an entertainment-centre, multi-tenant office buildings and housing developments in Germany and the UK.
In 2007 Mirko was promoted to the position of associate. His duties include leading design teams to carrying out all stages of the planning and design process, from initial feasibility studies and development of conceptual proposals to final handover. His special interest lies in the global approach to architecture – including all aspects from acoustics to zoning law.
Mirko is a qualified Health and Safety Manager. In 2010 he also became a certified Energy Saving Consultant specialising in eco-refurbishment of residential buildings.
