Ellis Williams has a longstanding relationship with The City of Liverpool College and has worked with them over 9 phases of development, as part of a wider regeneration of their college sites to rationalise curriculum offer, make efficiencies in space savings and create a city-wide learning campus.
Our relationship has resulted in the completion of 6 new-build centres across the city and major refurbishment of 3 centres, all completed within the context of a live, city-centre campus. This includes the £22million learning resource centre (pictured), masterplanning, curriculum and spatial analysis, major remodelling and refurbishment schemes at Bankfield Campus, Riverside Campus and Myrtle Street Building, new build Leisure & Tourism building, new build Construction / Motor Vehicles building and several minor refurbishment schemes across 5no. sites.
