Ellis Williams was commissioned to provide architecture and landscaping services for 129 micro-apartments and  a number of street level retail units offering a shopfront façade for Speedrocks Entwicklungsgesllschaft mbH.

The new residential complex is situated in south-east Berlin-Niederschöneweide, with access to the train network between the city centre and the new Berlin Brandenburg airport (BER).  The development itself offers the highlight of direct water frontage to the River Spree and a rare opportunity to own private marina access. The landscaping concept provides large seating steps down to the marina.
