We are pleased to announce our recent planning submission for Leon Quarter, a high quality residential-led mixed used development for FiREM, First Investment Real Estate Management, in the heart of Croydon. The proposals to redevelop an underused car park and hard standing area adjacent to Leon House, a recent PDR office conversion, into three new buildings will deliver a total of 359 apartments. With 13,000sqft of restaurants and shops, and a new public square, a vibrant new hub along Croydon High Street will be created. A new neighbourhood garden will address a clear lack of usable public green space within the area by providing generous amenity for the benefit of both new and local residents.
