We are proud to share that our colleague Hannah Bendon has been awarded Highly Commended at the AJ100 Awards 2026 in the New Talent Part 1 Architectural Assistant category.
Since joining Ellis Williams, Hannah has demonstrated a wonderful passion for architecture evident both in the quality of her work and in her contribution to office life. It was fantastic to see her recently awarded the RIAS Silver Medal for her final dissertation piece, Foraged Construction, an exquisite, beautifully crafted project showcasing her excellent graphic and technical abilities.
During her time at Ellis Williams, Hannah has contributed to more than 20 ongoing and completed projects, consistently seizing opportunities to learn, listen and expand her growing knowledge of the profession. Her work already displays a maturity and direction far beyond her years. Whatever the nature of the project, Hannah approaches each task with an energy that lifts the team around her, placing her at the centre of activity and enabling her to lead from the front.
This Highly Commended recognition is a fantastic achievement and a testament to Hannah’s creativity, dedication and promising contribution to the profession at this early stage in her career.
At Ellis Williams, we are passionate about supporting and nurturing the next generation of architects, and it is brilliant to see Hannah’s hard work acknowledged and celebrated on a national stage.
