Leon Quarter is a high quality residential-led mixed used development for FiREM, First Investment Real Estate Management, that will redevelop an underused car park and hard standing area adjacent to Leon House into three new buildings that will deliver a total of 359 apartments. With 13,000sqft of restaurants and shops, and a new public square and neighbourhood garden, a vibrant new hub along Croydon High Street will be created.
