The new centre provides a cocooned ‘heart space’ open to families, offering a tranquil setting during their experiences of childhood cancer and beyond. Accommodating children of all ages from toddlers through to teenagers, the centre features a multi-functional activity room, counselling suites, soft play and sensory equipment, a games room, office facilities, an outdoor play area and landscaped gardens all of which further enhance the support service offered by the charity. The heart space will be used to host events and activities to continue with the fundraising for the charity and to bring the local community together.
