The new office of Telefónica is situated in Teltow, a suburb directly at the South-Western city boundary of Berlin.

The office space was separated into 3 different construction phases, 2 of which completed in 2016, the third followed in June 2017.  The work spaces are arranged as open office spaces, with the option of additional flexible work stations for team projects.

Open office areas are supplemented by a series of meeting rooms, focus rooms, informal meeting areas and break out areas.
