As part of a series of remodelling schemes commissioned by Grosvenor for Liverpool ONE, this project involved the conversion of a multi-storey single use furniture department store into four restaurants.

We worked through a series of feasibility options to help the client (and their letting agents) determine the best use for the building and how it was best divided. This was achieved with a sensitivity towards the architectural intent of the original scheme, whilst delivering highly serviced but simple spaces for tenants to exploit to their full potential.

We delivered a full architectural service from feasibility through to planning approval and then led the team on a traditional contract for the landlord shell works.

From what was an empty unlettable building there now stands four thriving businesses delivering valuable leisure space within the highly successful Liverpool ONE development.
