Northwich Memorial Court is a new Lifestyle Centre for Northwich funded by Cheshire West & Chester Council alongside the Weaver Valley Partnership Board.  The scheme creates a bold new leisure and entertainment hub within the town centre and was named by the local community during consultation. The design proposals centred on creating an innovative, cutting edge civic regeneration hub. A new community catalyst to the area designed with a respectful nod to the local context of this unique and challenging site, in particular the well-crafted half-timbered buildings of Northwich.

The centre includes a 25m swimming pool, gym and spa, 500 person multipurpose theatre and conference venue, supported by community spaces, cafe and bar. Working with artist Katayoun Dowlatshahi the building and public realm creates strong links from the residential neighbourhoods alongside the River Dane to Northwich town centre and includes a memorial peace garden.
