The PFI scheme for the London Borough of Ealing comprised of three projects, Featherstone Primary – a new-build scheme for 640 pupils from nursery through to Key Stage 2 to replace an existing primary school.

Acton High School – a new specialist Arts & Media school for 1200 pupils aged 11-16. It was constructed next to the existing school building, with the sports pitches being completed following the demolition of the existing buildings.

Greenford High School – a new campus including a 1750-place secondary school and sixth form for pupils aged 11 to 18.
