North Place will be a new urban quarter in central Cheltenham, designed around a new public space. The creation of a contemporary 100-unit scheme of townhouses and apartments which will provide open plan living spaces designed around modern family life.  The development includes 40% affordable provision and has been designed around sustainable living, meeting at least Code Level 4.
