Brunel, Swindon

A mixed-use scheme which will develop the existing Brunel Shopping Centre. The central location of the site offers a significant opportunity for the improvement of the urban fabric of the town centre.

The current design proposals include a mixed-use development providing food and beverage offer of A1, A3 and A4 use, leisure provision, residential tower with 252 high quality apartments and remodelling the existing Brunel Arcade to provide new A3 units along Canal walk.

These design proposals were developed in order to initiate more detailed conversations with Swindon Council about the permitted redevelopment of the site as well as supporting ongoing development appraisals.
