We were commissioned to provide an extension to the Booking.com call centre office located in central Berlin. The new development offers an attractive working environment for 90 employees directly off the vibrant Potsdamer Platz. We were commissioned to undertake the interior design of the new call centre office space and the complete fit-out shell construction works implementation. In addition to the new office space, it was necessary to design and convert a temporary call centre office space to provide short-term flexibility to accommodate the company’s growing staff.

As a company Ellis Williams have successfully delivered multiple projects for Booking.com. Other projects include offices in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt. Taking time to develop a good understanding of the company’s philosophy and needs has enabled each project to run smoothly from  feasibility study, through all design phases, to tendering and implementing all construction works, ensuring that tight programmes and opening dates have been achieved.
