Berbuk Towers Thermal Spa is a new concept in the luxury hotel and serviced apartment experience, providing first class modern accommodation that the international business traveller expects whilst respecting the geology, history and cultural traditions of Tbilisi.

The building’s form is seen as an extension of the cliffs along the River Mtkvari, creating a new landmark visible from many places in the city and connecting it to the mountains beyond. The cladding has been designed to create a sense of rock strata, or layers, that reference its position on the site.

The two towers stand separate, but are linked together at lower podium level emphasising their strength and connection to the rock.  Their forms also help to provide additional seismic stability.
