Lisa Howell

Lisa is a Senior Architect with a specialism in commercial and residential masterplanning and scheme design, having worked on a number of major redevelopment projects across the UK and Europe.
She started her career in 2007 with DWA Architects after completing her studies at Liverpool John Moores University. At DWA, she worked on a range of residential and extra care projects before joining Taylor Young / IBI Group in 2010 where she gained experience across the healthcare and education sectors. Following this, she spent 3 years with Lovelock Mitchell leading design teams on a variety of commercial and high rise residential developments, including the major mixed-used Midtown development in Gibraltar – a contemporary, sustainable hub of residential, corporate, commercial buildings and amenities across 4.3 acres in the very heart of Gibraltar.
Lisa joined Ellis Williams in 2017 and has since worked on a range of masterplanning and major mixed-use regeneration and redevelopment schemes for developer clients across the UK including the Botany Bay development in Chorley, the regeneration of The Brunel in Swindon and the redevelopment of Nelson Gate in Southampton. Her wider experience includes a range of education, heritage and arts & cultural schemes such as the new STEM Building for Cadbury College and the multi award-winning East Quay Watchet project.
