The proposals to redevelop an underused car park and hard standing area adjacent to Leon House, a recent PDR office conversion, into three new buildings will deliver a total of 359 apartments. With 13,000sqft of restaurants and shops, and a new public square, a vibrant new hub along Croydon High Street will be created.
