The proposed Boxcity development will be located within the Bay, further enhancing this developing region through the provision of a pop-up market, performance space, retail and restaurant units, business units and accommodation for visitors. The intention of the scheme is to provide cultural facilities and support start-up businesses, which is in line with the Welsh Government’s aim of further expanding the creative industries sector, currently one the fastest growing sectors of the Welsh economy.
