Situated in the basement of a Grade I Listed office block, the Plaza in Lower Regent Street, the new cinema is above the main Piccadilly underground line and therefore the design team worked collaboratively to solve the issues of noise, vibration, access and egress.

One of the other key challenges was to make the cinema ‘visible’ to the public and this was successfully accomplished through the creation of a new atrium with glass frontage and new signage.
