Nelson Gate, Southampton occupies an important site adjacent to Central Station and a short walk from Southampton’s vibrant cultural and retail quarters, and is the western gateway to the city. By utilising the existing site topography and infrastructure and breathing new life into existing structures on site Nelson gate offers a new 150 bed 4 star hotel with 15,000sqft leisure complex, 64,000sqft of Grade A state of the art  new build office accommodation 26,500sqft of commercial space with integrated multi storey deck car parking and residential apartments of over 200 homes.
